It's always great to find a protein supplement with very low carbohydrate amounts, but it's even better when there are none at all. VPX Zero Carb Protein is perfect, it's got no fat, no carbs, and tons of protein.
That means you can supplement more for less. Many supplements are totally out of the question for me as a WLS patient, because they contain HUGE amounts of calories, fat, & carbs! I realize those particular products are meant for those looking to gain muscle weight, and eating a 300-400 calorie bar or just as high calorie shake is appropriate.
