Using Traffic Exchange Programs Part 3

(Continued from Using Traffic Exchange Programs Part 2)

Hello again!

In the last article of the Traffic Exchange trilogy, I will conclude it with a case study on one of my list-building campaigns.

Case Study: My Special Report
==========================
I authored a special report, Starting An Internet Business and planned to give it away for free.

So, the first thing I did after completing the report was setting up a one-page subscription form for people who are interested in my report (at http://www.ebizmodelsyoucancopy.com/report).

I chose to include the word FREE in the headlines so my visitors will know that there is no need for them to draw their credit card out JUST YET *grin*.

Unlike a Killer Sales Letter, I made this letter rather short but precise and concise. I let my visitors know what I have for them in my report.

While it is free, I have also included testimonials from other people who have reviewed my report to encourage them to get it.

If they are interested (they should be, after all it is free), all they had to do was give me their name and e-mail address in exchange for the report.

I will also let them know that they will get newsletters from me on the same subject.

As soon as one-page subscription form is done, I downloaded the Crazy Browser and joined and surf as many Traffic Exchange programs as my connection speed could take.

The credits I earned through surfing will be used to draw visitors to my one-page subscription form. If I have no credits, then my one-page subscription form URL will not appear visible to the surfers.

Through this method, I earn visitors to my one-page subscription form and if they are interested in getting their hands on the report, they will leave their name and e-mail address in exchange for the report.

The opt-in subscribers will download my report and read it at their own pleasure and time. This is a good chance for me to prove my worth and knowledge to them. This method beats leading them straight to my Killer Sales Letters anytime of the century, perhaps even in eons to come.

Since I have also gotten their permission to give regular newsletters, I have also the opportunity to provide tips, information or news when I have any, or even announce to them my latest products or services (as long as I have already built my trust and rapport with them through both the report and newsletters).

To make things better, since my report is free to be given away and I encourage my readers to do so, I also explore the possibilities of viral marketing and creating back-end profits through the content and advertisements in my report alone.

There you have it. A good list-building and marketing concept you can use for your own in your list-building campaign and increasing sales!

On that note, best of wishes in your undertakings as an Internet Business owner!
