You can't change the habits of a lifetime in a few days so don't try to and don't wait to change your lifestyle until the last minute, because that's too late. Finally, medical advances mean that we live longer than before, even with a poor lifestyle, but what's the point if most of that "extra time" is ruined by poor health?
