If you are a motorcycle detailer and need to expand your business you will need to have several crews working for you. Each team will need a team leader and/or manager. The motorcycle crowd is indeed a close nit bunch and groups of riders will provide you with endless referrals providing you do what you say you are going to do and lay off the BS.
